SURFACE MOUNT
Newtronics has the necessary electronic manufacturing equipment to meet your needs. Our high-speed pick and place equipment can do fine pitch components as small as 0402's to large components including BGA's. With our 6-zone temperature control re-flow oven, you are ensured the re-flow process is done to perfection whether we are using Pb or Pb free solder paste. Our automated optical inspection machine ensures precise solder joint quality, proper orientation and value of components.
THROUGH HOLE
Sometimes, through hole components are a necessity. Our PCB assemblers are experienced with high volume production which means we can provide speed and accuracy at an improved value.
Our wave solder machine utilizes a no clean flux sprayer which ensures proper coverage and high-quality soldering.
